Retail Sales Manager

At Ontario Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with experience in managing staff and assigning duties. They will also have a deep understanding of market research and trends, and be able to determine consumer demand and sales volumes. Additionally, they will be responsible for implementing price and credit policies, locating and selecting merchandise for resale, and developing and implementing marketing strategies. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have the ability to plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements. The Retail Sales Manager will report to the Director of Sales and will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people. The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, and will be fluent in English. They will work 40 hours per week and will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The successful candidate will have excellent time management skills, and will be able to prioritize tasks effectively. They will also have excellent written and oral communication skills, and will be able to work effectively in a team environment.
