About the Opportunity

The Line Cook is a key member of our kitchen team, responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our guests. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including meats, fish, vegetables, and starches.
  • Portion and present food according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of kitchen experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Food Handlers Certificate and basic mathematical skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Positive attitude and good work ethic.
