About the Role

Magnolia Briones is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Experience: We are looking for individuals with a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Screening Questions: To ensure we find the right candidate, we will ask a series of questions, including:
    • Are you available to start on a short notice?
    • Are you legally able to work in Canada?
    • Are you willing to relocate for this position?
    • Do you have the required certifications?
    • What is the highest level of study you have completed?
    • What is your current field of study?
    • What is your current level of study?
  • Work Experience: We are looking for individuals with 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Details: This is a temporary position, working 40 hours per week, with a focus on providing excellent care and support to our clients.
