BMO Financial is seeking a skilled High-Performance Financial Advisor to join our team. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to help clients achieve their financial goals while advancing your career in the financial industry.
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $42,300 and $78,400 per year, depending on location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, BMO Financial offers a comprehensive compensation package that includes performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, and other perks and rewards.
About the RoleAs a High-Performance Financial Advisor at BMO Financial, you will play a crucial role in providing expert financial guidance to clients. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver tailored financial solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to grow revenue.
- You will engage with new and existing customers to understand their financial objectives and provide personalized advice to help them achieve their goals.
- Develop and implement relationship management plans to build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Analyze data and market trends to stay up-to-date with industry developments and make informed recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and stay ahead of the competition.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the financial industry.
- A post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Regulatory licensing and registration as required by law.
- Advanced knowledge of financial products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
