Your Mission:

What You’ll Do:

  • Hunt for Opportunities: Actively prospect and engage with potential clients, turning cold leads into hot opportunities.
  • Sell Solutions, Not Just Services: Understand customer pain points and tailor solutions from TÜV SÜD’s vast portfolio of Industrial and Consumer services, including ITE, consumer goods, machinery, SEMI, lighting, and laboratory equipment.
  • Own the Sales Cycle: From the first handshake to the final contract, manage the entire sales process with precision and finesse.
  • Network Like a Pro: Represent TÜV SÜD at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in the market.
  • Deliver Results: Smash sales targets and drive revenue growth by expanding the customer base in your assigned territory.
  • Be the Client’s Champion: Provide top-tier after-sales support to build long-lasting partnerships.
  • Stay Ahead: Identify emerging market trends and craft campaigns to capture new opportunities.

What You Bring:

  • Proven success in an Account Executive or sales role, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in product safety compliance services or related industries is a major plus.
  • Masterful negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
