Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at CHAWLAS INDIAN BISTRO AND PARTY HALL. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
- Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and staffing
- Set staff work schedules and ensure adequate coverage
- Supervise staff and provide guidance and support
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
- Cost products and services
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Provide customer service
- 3-4 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
- Basic security clearance
- Own transportation
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. The ability to multitask and work under pressure is essential.
