**Key Responsibilities:**

* Oversee the procurement process, including negotiations with suppliers and service providers, ensuring proper supply inventory is maintained

* Warehouse management and organization

* Assist with the implementation of new product launches and procure required packaging

* Oversee internal product demand planning

* Continuously monitor and measure supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

* Create and assess the company's planning, forecasting, and replenishment strategies

* Manage logistics and distribution of product

* Assist with Continuous Improvement projects, including evaluation of current processes and procedures

* Assist in building a highly collaborative supply chain team

* Participate in meetings and on-site training as required

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years' experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management (cannabis or CPG experience is an asset)

* Experience with ERP software is required (Dynamics 365)

* Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management

* Proficient in all Microsoft 365 office applications

* Solid team player who promotes a culture of professionalism, integrity, quality, and teamwork

* Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)

* Driver's license or reliable form of transportation

**Work Schedule:**

* Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts during the day

* Some evening and weekends as required

* Adaptable and Flexible
