RIMEX Supply is a leading provider of innovative supply chain solutions. As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team.

Job Description

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall warehouse operation, ensuring efficient storage and distribution of customer goods. Key responsibilities include:

Safety Management
  • Ensuring all employees follow safety procedures and protocols.
  • Updating Safe Operating Procedures for mobile equipment as required.
  • Maintaining compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act, TDG, and WHMIS regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and warehousing, with excellent communication and organizational skills. They must also be proficient in using Syteline ERP software and have experience with WCB regulations and risk assessments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma and two years of equivalent work experience.
  • A College or university degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a supervisory role in a warehousing environment.
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Mechanical aptitude and understanding of how mobile equipment operates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to work well under pressure.
