  • Delegate and mentor junior designers on your projects
  • Represent Evolving Web as a subject matter expert to clients by delivering pitches

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of UX design experience, ideally in a digital agency
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with ease
  • Strong client-facing and presentation skills
  • Expertise in UX research for institutional clients or projects with similar complexity
  • Advanced skills in Figma
  • Experience in usability testing and design optimization
  • Proficiency in English and French is a plus
