Senior UX Designer

We're seeking a seasoned UX Designer to elevate our team's capabilities in delivering exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the discovery and design phases of key projects
  • Prepare and lead workshops to gather input and align diverse perspectives
  • Conduct in-depth UX research and synthesize findings
  • Develop top-notch wireframes and prototypes in Figma
  • Perform usability testing and refine designs based on user feedback
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to keep projects moving forward
  • Provide input and feedback to other designers on your projects
  • Represent Evolving Web as a subject matter expert to existing and potential clients by delivering pitches
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years in UX design, ideally within a digital agency
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with ease
  • Strong client-facing and presentation skills
  • Expertise in UX research for institutional clients or projects with similar complexity
  • Advanced skills in Figma are required
  • Experience in usability testing and design optimization
  • Proficiency in English and French is a plus
Additional Qualities:
  • Comfortable representing our company at conferences
  • Experience contributing to writing proposals and delivering pitches
  • Experience in creating sitemaps and information architecture
