About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team at Evolving Web. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the discovery and design phases of key projects, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the discovery and design phases of key projects, working closely with stakeholders to understand project goals and objectives.
  • Develop top-notch wireframes and prototypes in Figma, ensuring that designs are user-centered and meet project requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth UX research and synthesize findings to inform design decisions.
  • Perform usability testing and refine designs based on user feedback.
  • Collaborate with our team to keep projects moving forward, providing input and feedback to other designers as needed.
  • Represent Evolving Web as a subject matter expert to existing and potential clients by delivering pitches and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years in UX design, ideally within a digital agency.
  • Advanced skills in Figma, with experience in creating wireframes and prototypes.
  • Expertise in UX research, with experience in conducting user research and synthesizing findings.
  • Strong client-facing and presentation skills, with experience in delivering pitches and presentations.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with ease, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
