Senior UX Designer Opportunity

About the Role:

  • Lead the discovery and design phases of key projects, driving innovation and excellence.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather input and align diverse perspectives, fostering collaboration and understanding.
  • Conduct in-depth UX research, synthesizing findings to inform design decisions.
  • Develop top-notch wireframes and prototypes in Figma, pushing the boundaries of digital experience.
  • Perform usability testing and refine designs based on user feedback, ensuring a seamless user journey.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to keep projects moving forward, leveraging collective expertise.
  • Delegate and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and success.
  • Represent Evolving Web as a subject matter expert, delivering pitches and promoting our services to existing and potential clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in UX design, preferably within a digital agency.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with ease, managing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong client-facing and presentation skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Expertise in UX research for institutional clients or projects with similar complexity, with a deep understanding of user needs.
  • Advanced skills in Figma, with a focus on creating innovative and engaging designs.
  • Experience in usability testing and design optimization, with a focus on delivering seamless user experiences.
  • Proficiency in English and French is a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Additional Qualities:

  • Comfortable representing our company at conferences and events, promoting our services and expertise.
  • Experience contributing to writing proposals and delivering pitches, with a focus on securing new business opportunities.
  • Experience in creating sitemaps and information architecture, with a focus on delivering intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
