Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Yard Holding Company.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective office procedures and routines to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Analyze data, statistics, and other information to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records, perform data entry, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Demonstrate a client-focused approach, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
