Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Supervisor to join our team at Del Zotto & Son Butcher Shop. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are meeting sales targets
- Hire, train, and develop sales staff to improve performance and customer satisfaction
- Authorize payments, manage cash, and oversee payroll administration
- Order merchandise, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Establish work schedules, manage time-off requests, and ensure adequate staffing
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or retail management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
Del Zotto & Son Butcher Shop is a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be working in a team-oriented atmosphere, interacting with customers, and managing sales staff. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
