Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the re-imagining of the firm's EDI committees, developing and implementing EDI programs, processes, and communications that promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Review and analyze policies, programs, and processes to identify and remove barriers and systemic discrimination.
  • Develop, advise on, and participate in ongoing training and education programs to promote equity and inclusion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and improve EDI programs and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of key global trends and legal environments.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as human rights, equity, diversity, social justice, or social work.
  • Fluency in French and English is preferred, but not required.
  • A Master's, MBA, or JD degree would be an asset.
