Benevity Seeks Chief Information Security Officer

Benevity is a leading provider of corporate social responsibility and employee engagement solutions. We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Information Security Officer to join our team.

Job Summary

The Chief Information Security Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive information security strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives. This includes identifying, evaluating, and mitigating information security risks, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an information security strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate information security risks
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Lead the security operations team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define enterprise security standards
  • Develop and maintain information security policies, standards, and guidelines
  • Provide leadership and direction to the information security team
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven experience in implementing information security strategies
  • Experience managing a team of information security professionals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
