About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a global investment organization that values diversity and promotes equity. As our EDI leader, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive EDI strategy that aligns with our organization's goals and values
  • Providing thought leadership and guidance on EDI best practices to our leadership team and employees
  • Collaborating with our Inclusion and Diversity Leadership Committee, Employee Resource Groups, and stakeholders to drive EDI initiatives and programs
  • Facilitating the evolution and execution of our EDI strategy, ensuring an inclusive workplace and diverse workforce
  • Partnering with stakeholders to embed EDI strategies and initiatives into our core processes and day-to-day operations
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in developing and executing EDI strategies and initiatives. You'll have:

  • A deep understanding of EDI principles and best practices
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in collaborating with diverse stakeholders and teams
  • A strong business acumen and ability to leverage data to inform EDI initiatives
  • A global perspective and ability to work with international offices and stakeholders
