We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Solutions Expert Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also be responsible for recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as determining and establishing office procedures and routines.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a hybrid work environment. They will also have proficiency in MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Word.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determining and establishing office procedures and routines
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answering electronic enquiries
  • Compiling data, statistics, and other information
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
  • Arranging travel, related itineraries, and making reservations
  • Greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas
  • Setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems
