Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for promoting Manulift products in the Ottawa area in a structured and strategic manner to drive growth in the region and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage clients and quantify a value proposition to close deals
  • Generate new sales leads regularly and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Plan and organize sales strategies to achieve desired results and exceed equipment sales targets
  • Identify customer needs and react appropriately while understanding market conditions and competitor prices
  • Use the sales database in Salesforce CRM to ensure information is updated daily
  • Follow up after sales
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales/external sales positions
  • Good knowledge of the construction industry and its heavy equipment
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience using a CRM
