**Overview:**

The Senior Research Development Specialist will lead research projects, collaborating with external stakeholders and managing project timelines and resources. This role aims to implement evidence-based results to enhance communications, publications, and educational content alignment with the organization's strategic goals.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee research studies, including data collection and analysis using statistical software and research methodologies.
  • Manage research databases, ensuring data integrity, and conduct thorough reviews of existing literature to inform research projects.
  • Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences to disseminate knowledge and contribute to the scientific community.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's and Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, chemistry, social sciences).
  • 3+ years of related working experience; industry experience is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in statistical software and data analysis tools.

**Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
