Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

At Atlas Tools & Machinery, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our Retail Showroom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Sales and Inventory Management: Meet or exceed sales targets, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives and drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of previous retail sales experience with power tools or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and co-workers.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using mobile technology and applications.
