About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Atlas Machinery Supply Ltd. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail showroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, adhering to company merchandising standards and current pricing.
  • Process out-of-stock procedures to ensure replenishment and meet sales targets.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives and drive sales through engagement and suggestive selling.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of previous retail sales experience with power tools or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to a fast-paced environment and demonstrating flexibility.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical ability to extract insights from data and reports.
  • Proficiency in using mobile technology and applications.
