The Opportunity

PBS Systems is a leading provider of dealership management software, and we're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Dealer Engagement Specialist. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with our customers to help them get the most out of our software and improve their business operations.

The Role

As a Dealer Engagement Specialist, you'll be responsible for proactively engaging with our customers to understand their needs and provide them with the support and guidance they need to succeed. This will involve hosting customer engagement sessions, promoting the adoption of our products and services, and creating a sense of community among our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Host customer engagement sessions to educate and support our customers
  • Promote the adoption of our products and services to help our customers achieve their business goals
  • Orchestrate a sense of community among our customers to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Create conference and workshop content to help our customers get the most out of our software
  • Be available as a product expert to provide guidance and support to our customers
  • Work with other departments to understand challenges facing our customers and identify opportunities to improve our products and services
Qualifications
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivated
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry or dealership environment, preferably in BDC or CRM
  • Previous experience with dealership management software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Project management skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Customer focus and excellent customer service skills
  • Solid computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong documentation abilities
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Willingness to commit to ongoing education and cross-training
