Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Subway Princeton. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and staff supervision.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in cash handling and inventory management.
