Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Subway Princeton. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, scheduling, and staff performance.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure they are equipped to deliver excellent service.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
