- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to help employees improve their performance and achieve their goals.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that the restaurant has the necessary supplies and products to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant maintains high standards of health and safety, including regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
