Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team at one of our top restaurants in Vancouver. As a key member of our Executive team, you'll be responsible for promoting and executing our unique restaurant concepts, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Motivate and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and quality.
  • Collaborate with our Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Directors to develop and implement menus, promotions, and special events.
  • Elevate our restaurant's positioning as a top dining choice in Vancouver and Canada.
  • Manage restaurant revenue and expenses, including labor, productivity, and budget guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of senior management experience as a Food & Beverage department head in a luxury restaurant or hotel.
  • Extensive product knowledge of wines, liquors, and other beverages.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, including budgets, labor management, productivity, and expense management.
  • A service-focused personality and proven leadership experience.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
