Job Description

The Strategic Contracts Manager will analyze and develop RFP strategies, handle RFPs and contracts with customers and commercial partners while ensuring quality and legal compliance.

This role involves managing a team of contract professionals to support business strategies, identifying risks, and developing implementation plans.

You will oversee pricing models for sales contracts, analyze market and internal sales data, provide pricing guidance to sales staff, and perform complex data analysis and generate reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree + at least 8 years of experience in related fields.
  2. Proven successful leadership skills.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives.
  4. Proven understanding of contract or bid management procedures.
  5. Expert knowledge of contract terms and conditions.
  6. Demonstrated ability to manage assigned team and provide coaching and feedback.
