H.A.L.T. HOLDINGS LTD is seeking a Rental Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our rental agency. The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience and a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Key responsibilities include assigning sales workers to duties, authorizing payments, ordering merchandise, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters. The successful candidate will also be responsible for resolving issues, organizing inventory, and supervising a team of 5-10 people. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Authorize payments by cheque
  • Order merchandise
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Reliable and organized individual
