Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and authorize payments by cheque.
- Order merchandise and authorize the return of merchandise.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory, supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
- 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical ability to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
- Public transportation is available.
- Work under pressure and handle heavy loads.
- Accurate, client-focused, and efficient interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral communication and flexibility.
- Organized, reliable, and a team player.
- Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?
