Job Title: Executive Chef Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef Manager to join our team at Chang Noi's Authentic Thai Cuisine. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our dishes, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate records of stock levels and ordering as needed.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to deliver our menu.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates, monitoring expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning.
  • Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
