Talent Acquisition:- Develop and implement an inclusive recruitment process that reflects Wave's values and strategic direction, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Enhance and promote Wave's Employee Value Proposition and employer brand to attract high-quality candidates and position the company as an employer of choice.
- Lead the development of innovative recruitment processes and sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
- Consult and collaborate with stakeholders across Wave to design and deliver impactful learning programs that support the company's transformation and objectives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent development strategy in collaboration with the P&C team, focusing on leadership development, technical skills training, and soft skills enhancement.
- Contribute to performance management programs and processes through training to ensure all employees receive relevant and timely feedback throughout the year.
