Key Responsibilities:
  • Outreach & Engagement: Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage potential clients, leveraging cold calling, email campaigns, and customized video content.
  • Lead Qualification: Utilize your sales acumen to qualify leads, guiding them through the sales funnel and setting the stage for successful conversions.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system, ensuring every interaction is documented for future clarity and follow-up.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as calls made, leads generated, and appointments set, providing valuable insights to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Completed post-secondary education (college or university)
  • Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience in any field (B2C, B2B, or C2C)
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport quickly, resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, curiosity about digital marketing and the dental industry, organizational and time-management skills, proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce)
