Compensation

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Labourer/Hostler to join our team in the locomotive shops. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day success of CN's operations. Your tasks will include operating heavy equipment, driving vehicles, and collaborating with colleagues to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and at least 18 years of age. You must also have the ability to work autonomously, adapt to different situations, and manage stress. Good teamwork and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to determine the condition of objects and parts for wear and defects.
