About the Opportunity

The Utility Worker plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hospital facilities. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the hospital are clean, safe, and welcoming for patients, visitors, and staff.

Your duties will include cleaning, mopping, and dusting all areas of the hospital, as well as floor care, laundry tasks, and window cleaning. You will also be responsible for waste removal, chemical spill cleanup, and other tasks as required.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. If you have a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

About You

We are seeking a candidate who has:

  • Grade 12/GED or equivalent work experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Preference will be given to applicants with cleaning and floor care experience
  • Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred
