The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years' experience as an Assistant Property Manager in the multi-family industry, with a strong background in property accounting, rent collection, eviction processes, and delinquency management. Proficiency in property management platforms and excellent customer service skills are also essential for this role.
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including managing rent collection, delinquency, move-out procedures, monthly reporting, resident services, and leasing activities. You will also assist the Property Manager with assigned duties related to property operations and compliance with company policy and applicable laws.
Responsibilities:
- Manage rent collection, delinquency, move-out procedures, monthly reporting, resident services, and leasing activities
- Assist the Property Manager with assigned duties related to property operations and compliance with company policy and applicable laws
- Post monthly rent, application fees, deposits, and collections received from residents into the company platform on a timely basis
- Perform all leasing duties, including renewals
- Collect monies due after move-out due to damages, additional cleaning charges, etc.
