About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Marketing to join our senior leadership team at Baptist Housing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance our brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our senior living communities and services
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to ensure cohesive brand management and successful execution of marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and ensure we remain competitive
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance our reputation
Requirements
  • University degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
  • Minimum of 8 years of marketing and communications experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Experience in marketing housing for seniors is an asset
  • Public relations and advertising campaign experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders

  • A competitive salary range of $133,000–165,000 per year
