Job Title: Sales and Advertising Vice President

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Advertising Vice President to join our team at Woodhouse Realty Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Sales and Advertising Vice President will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing efforts, developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, and managing a team of sales and marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of company funds
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our sales and marketing efforts are effective and efficient
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue through sales and marketing efforts
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
