Join RONA's Team as a Project Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Sales Coordinator to join our team at RONA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to meet annual sales and margin objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet annual sales and margin objectives
  • Actively generate sales through qualifying potential customers, repeat customers, and referrals
  • Execute project and design consultations, including store showroom tours and on occasion in-home
  • Produce design layouts with plans, elevations, and 3D renderings, proposing products available in store or through special orders
  • Provide quotes to customers, including a detailed scope of work, project timelines, and financial proposal, including promoting financing plans offered by RONA
  • Liaise as necessary with customers and contractors at all phases of the project's realization to ensure superior customer satisfaction
  • Problem solve and advocate fairly for the customer, the contractors, and RONA

Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience in interior/exterior project sales and management
  • Proven sales performance in previous roles, ideally in environments where financing is offered and guarantees are part of the offer
  • Superior computer skills in recognized specialized design software (2020) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced project management knowledge
