  • Supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers to ensure a safe and nurturing environment

  • Discuss progress and problems of children at staff meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in early childhood education or a related field
  • College/CEGEP diploma or degree in early childhood education or a related field
  • Knowledge of licensing regulations and ability to maintain a safe and compliant childcare environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Member of the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE)
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • Immunization records and medical exam
