Salary:

We offer a competitive salary range of $42,200 - $56,900 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to base pay, eligible employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance.

Job Description:

As a Disability Payment Administrator at Financière Sun Life, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients in the pursuit of better health. Your responsibilities will include processing Plan Member Update Forms, extending disability benefits, and following up with clients for part-time earnings. You will also prepare and close LTD files that reach expiry, review and update Power of Attorney/Authorization information, address and EFT changes, investigate returned mail, and handle inbound and outbound calls.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional customer service skills, active listening skills, and excellent communication skills. You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment and demonstrate sound judgment when taking on new responsibilities or handling difficult situations.
