  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing timely and effective support to address their needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of patient services, including prescription management, reimbursement support, and adverse event reporting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance companies to ensure optimal reimbursement support and patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and training to patients on program services, including injection training, pharmacy options, and reimbursement support.
  • Manage and resolve patient complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements, industry trends, and company policies to ensure compliance and optimal business performance.

**Requirements:**

  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset (requirement for province of Quebec).
  • Experience in a customer service setting, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
