About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team at INDEMAND CARE HEALTHY AGENCY INC. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare and serve meal trays to patients.
  • Transport patients between care facilities, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including their rooms and common areas.
  • Supervise patients' exercise routines and provide support as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies, ensuring that patients have access to necessary items.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Permanent employment with 32 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
