Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled professional to support our cutting-edge social media applications for the enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Social Media cloud services solutions that enable our Financial Advisors and Bankers to communicate with their clients via social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with vendors to ensure seamless integration of social media services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to social media services
  • Monitor and maintain social media services to ensure optimal performance
  • Manage user tickets and escalations related to social media services
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English
  • Windows desktop support experience
  • Browser support experience (IE & Chrome)
  • Experience supporting social networking in an enterprise environment
  • Experience working with external vendors
  • Experience working with clients (users) to resolve tickets and issues

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook & LinkedIn)
  • Experience with cloud services (Hearsay, Socialware & Sprinklr)
  • Problem management skills

Working Conditions:

  • Test regular patches and cloud service updates as required
  • Perform on-call support

Personal Qualities:
