Job Title: Social Media Operations Specialist

Trigyn Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Operations Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Canada.

About the Role:

The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Social Media cloud services solutions that enable our Financial Advisors and Bankers to communicate with their clients via social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter & Facebook).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with vendors to ensure seamless integration of social media services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to social media services
  • Monitor and maintain social media services to ensure optimal performance
  • Perform on-call support to ensure 24/7 coverage
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience supporting social networking in an enterprise environment
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Desired Skills:
  • Experience working with clients (users) to resolve tickets and issues
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their integration with enterprise systems
