Job Title: Social Media Operations Specialist

Trigyn Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Operations Specialist to join our core Level 3 Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting cutting-edge social media applications for the enterprise.

The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Social Media cloud services solutions that enable our Financial Advisors and Bankers to communicate with their clients via social media (LinkedIn, Twitter & Facebook). This includes liaison with vendors, troubleshooting, monitoring, maintenance, and incident management.

You will be empowered to directly resolve problems and will also be expected to effectively communicate complex issues to management, vendors, business units, and internal engineering teams.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a high-energy company and team of dedicated individuals in the financial services industry. You will also have the opportunity to support new social media software and tools as they are introduced into the Firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support social media cloud services solutions
  • Liaise with vendors
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Monitor and maintain systems
  • Perform on-call support
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English
  • Experience supporting social networking in an enterprise environment
  • Experience working with clients to resolve tickets and issues
  • Proficient in Windows desktop support and browser support (IE & Chrome)
