Job Title: Regional Marketing Manager

The Regional Marketing Manager plays a critical role in driving business growth and innovation across various service areas, including office coffee services, micro-markets, vending, breakroom, and retail experiences. Reporting to the Canadian Market Leader, this role directly engages with Canadian operations and sales teams to drive execution, sales growth, client satisfaction, and customer engagement while working closely with the North American Marketing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute local promotional calendars to drive sales growth and client satisfaction.
  • Manage national marketing initiatives to ensure consistency and alignment with company standards.
  • Partner with Regional Leadership to support specific client needs and drive measurable results across the full amenity and retail space.
  • Support large openings by ensuring all components are ready for implementation, proper pricing is communicated, and training team members on how to keep spaces fresh and stocked.
  • Lead pilot processes from identifying opportunities, defining scope, implementation, and tracking.
  • Support national account managers and business development managers with CBRs, events, and sales presentations, providing insights on new products, services, and programming.
  • Train field teams on new planograms, products, and services to ensure proper setup and execution.
  • Act as the expert on 365 Retail kiosk capabilities, including reporting, promotions, loyalty, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Monitor the industry and seek insights into local pricing, products, and vendors, along with tactical outcomes and timelines for implementation.
  • Activate brand standards and execute consistently throughout the region.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing or brand management.
  • Experience within a DSD, CPG, or Field Service Organization preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English/French) preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Ability to synthesize multiple inputs into a clear, concise, and valuable recommendation.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
