Regional Growth & Innovation Manager

As a key player in supporting Aramark Refreshments' Canadian business strategies, this role drives profitable growth across various service areas, including office coffee services, micro-markets, vending, breakroom, and retail experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop field solutions to drive sales growth, client satisfaction, and customer engagement.
  • Manage and implement Aramark Refreshments' marketing objectives and activities, including local store marketing initiatives, regional marketing programs, client activations, product and equipment marketing, and product management and analysis.
  • Serve as a critical liaison between Aramark's marketing team and field operations, ensuring that both the field team and client needs are met while adhering to Aramark standards.
  • Manage the field execution of any marketing programming in Office Coffee Services, Vending, and Micro-market accounts to ensure program merchandising is implemented at all client sites.
  • Develop and project manage repeatable field processes and key metrics that measure operating profit, product rotation, and merchandising standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing or brand management.
  • Experience within a DSD, CPG, or Field Service Organization preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/French) preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel).
