Marketing and Communications Coordinator for Retail Experience

Job Description

The Global Retail Experience Team at BRP is seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support the omnichannel experience and apparel business unit. The role will involve shaping the retail experience strategy, documenting and communicating it to internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring inter-department alignment and cross-functional transfer of knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Influence the future of retail and go-to-market strategies
  • Become an expert on the B2B2C consumer journey
  • Establish the point-of-purchase messaging strategy
  • Develop dealer education material surrounding the consumer experience, and retail and merchandising best practices
  • Ensure inter-department alignment and cross-functional transfer of knowledge
  • Oversee department updates, reports, and communications
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and engage others
  • The ability to see projects through from vision to delivery autonomously
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to develop others professionally
  • The ability to build a compelling story to support the importance of a strong retail strategy
  • The ability to increase the adoption of retail environment concepts throughout the dealer network and among internal stakeholders
  • The ability to lead change management initiatives
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
  • The ability to accommodate on occasion flexible hours to support global regions
  • A university degree in business, communications, or arts
  • A proven track record in project coordination, sales, and/or brand implementation
  • The ability to lead team members
  • Powersports, automotive, or retail industry experience preferred
  • Bilingualism is required (EN/FR)
