Job Description

The Global Retail Experience Team at BRP is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support the development and implementation of our retail experience strategy. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of retail and go-to-market strategies, and will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Influence the development of retail experience strategies and tactics
  • Develop and implement marketing and communications plans to support retail initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve customer experience
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the retail experience team
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
